APPLY FOR LARKFEST

Fill out the below application if you would like to be a vendor at LarkFest 2019. Please note that LarkFest is a juried event, and previous vendors are not necessarily guaranteed a booth space. 

Lark Street businesses: You are invited to participate without a jurying process, but will still need to fill out the application in order to reserve a street vendor space. Please note your street address in the "additional comments" section at the bottom of the application so we know where to place you.

EVENT DETAILS:

Lark Street, Albany NY
Saturday, September 21st 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Booth space: 10' x 10'
Outdoors, tents & tables not provided
Electricity and water not provided.
This event is rain or shine!

BOOTH FEES:

$350 for single artists / makers / vintage / informational space (10’x10’)
$450 for single food vendor space (10’ x 10’)
*Food trucks and vendors over 10’ in length must purchase 2 spaces

Non-profits: We may offer discounted rates for non-profit organizations. Please email Jevan at bid@larkstreet.org for more information.

DEADLINES:

If you apply before the initial August 1st deadline, you will be notified of your application status by August 9th.
Applications received after August 1st will be considered and notified on a rolling basis, depending on availability.

If accepted, you will be notified & prompted to pay the booth fee for the event via credit card.
